Today I'm bringing you my 1700 calorie high protein meal plan example. For some people 1700 calorie might seem like a lot but I promise its not. When trying to lose weight it comes down to adherence and consistency. So if you are someone that is always trying to eat lower
calorie and not able to adhere to it try upping
your calories and see if that helps.
