These Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts are extremely easy to make. They're packed with healthy fats, fiber, and macro friendly. If you don't have an Air Fryer yet I would get one. I got mine a couple years ago on Black Friday and it has been one of my favorite purchases in a long
time.
I was never a big fan of Brussel Sprouts until the last year and now I don't know how to only eat a little at a time. This recipe is great for a healthy side dish for a holiday party or dinner. If you want lower fat use half of the olive oil.
INGREDIENTS
1 pound brussel sprouts
2 Tbsp honey
salt/pepper
DIRETIONS
Preheat Air fryer to 400 degrees. Toss Brussel Sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place in brussel sprouts in air fryer and cook on 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes tossing half way through.
Remove brussel sprouts from air fryer and place on a plate. Mix together honey and balsamic vinegar and drizzle over brussel sprouts.
