INGREDIENTS
1/2 (40g) banana
2.5oz unsweetened coconut milk or your choice or milk
30g blueberries
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tsp almond butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 4oz ramekin with non stick cooking spray.
Add oats, protein powder, baking powder, salt, banana, and milk to blend. Blend well. Fold in blueberries. Pour into well greased ramekin.
Place in oven for 25 minutes.
Add almond butter on top and ENJOY!!
