CROCKPOT BEEF ROAST WITH POTATOES AND CARROTS

This crockpot beef roast with potatoes and carrots is the perfect meal for a busy night. I like to make this on night we have tumbling for my daughter so dinner is ready when we get

home. This crockpot meal is packed with

protein, fiber, and is macro friendly for those of

you counting macros.

CROCKPOT BEEF ROAST WITH POTATOES AND CARROTS

INGREDIENTS

1 pound baby carrots

1/2 cup water

salt/pepper




DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray large crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Add roast to bottom of crockpot and sprinkle beef onion soup mix over roast.

  2. Add in potatoes and carrots and session with salt and pepper. Pour in 1/2 cup of water.

  3. Cook on low for 8 hours. After cooking shred roast and enjoy.
