This crockpot chicken with potatoes and green beans is probably the easiest crockpot meal I have ever made. It is also packed with protein and fiber.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds potatoes, diced
1/2 cup chicken bone broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
salt/pepper
DIRECTIONS
Spray bottom of crockpot with non stick cooking spray. Add all ingredients to crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and enjoy.
