EASY AND DELICIOUS BAKED SPAGHETTI


Baked spaghetti offers a delightful twist on traditional pasta dishes. By baking spaghetti with a layer of ricotta cheese, you create a dish with irresistible flavors and textures. The heat of the oven melds the ingredients together, resulting in a comforting meal that's perfect for any occasion.



EASY AND DELICIOUS BAKED SPAGHETTI




INGREDIENTS


1 pound spaghetti

1 pound ground beef or ground turkey

24 ounces marinara sauce

1 pound spaghetti

1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese for ricotta mixture

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

salt/pepper

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese



DIRECTIONS


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with non stick cooking spray.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat cook ground turkey until no longer pink in the middle. Seasoning with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Once it is done cooking add marinara sauce and mix well together.

  3. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.

  4. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  5. Assemble the Dish: In a large bowl, toss the cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce. Then add a layer "half" of the spaghetti mixture. Spread the ricotta cheese mixture over the spaghetti layer. Add the remaining spaghetti mixture on top and then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and the Parmesan cheese over it.

  6. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
