This frozen yogurt berry bark is the perfect afternoon snack for a hot summer day. It's easy to make and packed with protein.

FROZEN YOGURT BERRY BARK

INGREDIENTS


1 1/2 cups (340g) non fat plain greek yogurt

1/4 cup (76g) blueberries

1/2 cup (88g) strawberries


DIRECTIONS


  1. In a medium size bowl mix together Greek Yogurt and honey. Pour mixture onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Spread out evenly.

  2. Top with blueberries, strawberries, and granola.

  3. Place in freezer for 2-3 hours. Brake into small pieces and enjoy.

  4. Store leftovers in a air tight container in the freezer.
