GARLIC BUTTER BABY POTATOES

INGREDIENTS


3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tbsp garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper to taste

parmesan cheese, optional




DIRECTIONS


  1. Place the potatoes in a pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a small pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
