The combination of tender chicken, flavorful Mediterranean spices, and a variety of colorful vegetables make these kabobs a culinary delight. While the list of ingredients may seem extensive at first glance, fear not, as the recipe is surprisingly simple to follow. The process of marinating the chicken, assembling the skewers, and grilling them to perfection not only results in a mouthwatering dish but also provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while cooking. Whether you're hosting a backyard barbecue or simply craving a taste of the Mediterranean, these Greek Chicken Kabobs are sure to become a staple on your summer menu!
Don't forget to make the Cucumber Salad and Tzatziki sauce to go with these. I also love to get pita bread too.
