These ham, egg, and cheese freezer breakfast burritos are perfect for a busy mornings when you have 500 other things going on but still want to eat a macro friendly breakfast.

HAM, EGG, AND CHEESE FREEZER BREAKFAST BURRITOS

INGREDIENTS

4 whole eggs

184g (12 Tbsp) egg whites

1 cup reduced fat shredded cheese





DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat a medium size pan over medium heat. Spray pan with non stick cooking spray. Add hash browns and cook until desired crispy.

  2. On a clean counter top spread out flour tortillas. Add cooked hash browns to the center of each tortilla.

  3. Using the same frying pan heat ham for a 3-4 minutes and then divide ham between each tortilla.

  4. Again using the same frying pan. Spray with non stick cooking spray and add eggs and scramble. Once cooked divide eggs between each tortilla. Top each tortilla with shredded cheese.

  5. Roll each tortilla into a burrito and then use parchment paper or plastic wrap to wrap each breakfast burrito. Store in a ziplock bag.

  6. To heat breakfast burritos cook in microwave for 2.5-3 minutes.

  7. Burritos must be used within 3 months of making.

Is a serving not a full burrito? The recipe calls for only 6 tortillas, but nutritional facts say that the recipe makes 8 servings.
