This healthy berry chicken salad recipe is packet with protein, antioxidants, vitamins, and nutrients. It is a great lunch or dinner for anyone trying to lose weight.

When creating a salad I always like to start with a protein. Chicken is a great option as it is low in fat and pairs good with berries. I add anywhere from 4-5 ounces depending on my protein goal.
I also like to add nuts or seeds for some crunch and flavor. Today I choose walnuts.

INGREDIENTS
4 ounce chicken breast, diced and cooked
100g strawberries, sliced
50g blueberries
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a bowl and top with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Enjoy.
*** I cooked my chicken in the air fryer on 400 degrees F for 12 minutes.
