INGREDIENTS
1 pound chicken breasts, chopped
Salt/Pepper
1 T flour
1 T soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Chopped chicken breast into 1 inch pieces. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and flour.
In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and minced garlic.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until browned.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken.
Allow the sauce to simmer for a couple of minutes, until it thickens and coats the chicken.
Remove the skillet from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
Serve the honey garlic chicken over rice with veggies.
