I was recently in Cabo and one of my favorite meals while there was Pineapple Chicken Tacos. I knew once I got home I had to make them and make sure they were macro friendly so I could enjoy them all the time. I used the Instant Pot Taco Chicken for these tacos.
INGREDIENTS
20g pineapple, diced
10g Bolthouse Cilantro Avocado dressing
DIRECTIONS
1. Using a medium size frying pan heat on medium. Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Heat both sides of the tortilla until warm.
2. Fill each tortilla with chicken and pineapple. Top with Cilantro Avocado Dressing. Enjoy!
3. If you want to make more than one serving times each ingredient by the number of servings you want.
