One of my favorite kitchen activities is preparing rice using the Instant Pot. The convenience and efficiency of this appliance never fail to amaze me.
Not only does it save me time, but it also produces perfectly cooked rice every single time. The versatility of the Instant Pot allows me to make a large batch of rice in one go, enabling me to store some in the freezer for those hectic days when cooking from scratch is not an option.
INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups water
DIRECTIONS
1. Spray Instant pot with non stick cooking spray.
2. Rinse rice and add to Instant pot. Add water and stir together.
3. Place lid on Instant pot and make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual (high pressure) for 5 minutes.
4. When timer beeps quick release by moving valve to venting. Once all pressure is release, remove lid.
5. Enjoy with your favorite meal.
