INSTANT POT SPAGHETTI SQUASH

How to cook your spaghetti squash in the Instant Pot. I love cooking my spaghetti squash in the Instant pot because it turns out amazing every time and cooks a lot faster.










When cooking your spaghetti squash in the Instant Pot you will want to cut it into 2-3 pieces depending on the size of your spaghetti squash. Does anyone else ever feel like you're going to cut a finger every time you cut a spaghetti squash? Also don't forget you cup of water too.



INGRENDIENTS

1 spaghetti squash

1 cup water







DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut sqaush crosswise into 2 bowls. Scoop out seeds with a spoon and cut one of your half into another half if needed to fit into Instant pot.

  2. Add trivet, water, and squash into Instant pot.

  3. Place lid on Instant pot and make sure the valve is set to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 5-7 minutes depending on size of squash.

  4. Once its done cooking more valve to venting for a quick release. Once all pressure is releasing remove squash with oven mitts or two forks because squash will be hot.

  5. Using a fork, remove strands of squash and place into a bowl. ENJOY!
