INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1-2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, diced
1-2 jalapeños, diced
salt
garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl combine ground beef, cheese, jalapeños, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well together with your hands or a spoon.
Divide into 4-5 balls (depending on how big you want your burger) and then flatten out into a burger.
Place on a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Place in fridge for at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill to 500 degrees.
Add burgers to grill. Cook until no longer pink in the middle.
