LOW CARB CROCKPOT STUFFED BELL PEPPERS

These low carb crockpot stuffed bell peppers are packed with protein, veggies, and your little ones will even eat them. I can believe how long it has been since I have posted a recipes but having two little ones its hard to take pictures or find time to create recipes. But

these stuffed bell peppers I have been making

for years and can't believe I have never put

them on my blog.





LOW CARB CROCKPOT STUFFED BELL PEPPERS


LOW CARB CROCKPOT STUFFED BELL PEPPERS

INGREDIENTS

4 bell peppers (any color is fine)

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp basil

salt/pepper




DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash and core bell peppers, set aside.

  2. In a bowl mixed together ground turkey, cauliflower rice, carrots, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. After everything is mixed well divide into 4 and stuff bell peppers.

  3. Place stuffed bell peppers in crockpot and top with tomato sauce.

  4. Cook on low for 8 hours. Enjoy!!
