This Shepherds Pie is low in carbs, packed with veggies, and protein. It will only take you 30 minutes to make including cooking time. So its a great recipes for the weekdays when you're busy. It's also macro friendly.

In this low carb shepherds pie recipes I use the mashed cauliflower from the frozen section to save a lot of time. You can also use potatoes if you want but that will add more carbs.

INGRENDIENTS
1 pound 93/7 ground turkey
3/4 cup (84g) reduced fat shredded cheese
5 Tbsp tomato past
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
salt/pepper
DIRECTIONS
In a frying pan over medium heat, brown ground turkey until no longer pink in the middle. Season with garlic powder, basil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Once cooked through add tomato past to ground turkey and mix.
While cooking ground turkey heat cauliflower mash according to the box.
Spray a 8x8 inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add ground turkey mixed to bottom of casserole dish. Layer with veggies, cauliflower mash, and top with shredded cheese.
Bake on 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes until bubbling on sides.
