These chocolate chip peppermint cookies are made with Kodiak Cakes. They're lower in calories, carbs, and macro friendly.

MACRO FRIENDLY CHOCOLATE CHIP PEPPERMINT COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup (144g) sugar

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened at room temperature

2 large eggs




DIRECTIONS


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

2. In your kitchen aid or with an electric mixer, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy about 2-3 minutes. Add vanilla extract and eggs. Mix well.

3. Add Kodiak cakes too wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and candy canes.

5 . Use a cookie dough scoop or form into 1 inch balls. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart to allow room for the cookies to spread.

6. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer to wire rack for cooling.
