When it starts to snow there is one thing I love to sip on and that is hot chocolate. A lot of hot chocolate is high in carbs and sugar.

Last year I stated making Protein Hot Chocolate with Ideal Lean Chocolate Brownie protein powder and you wouldn't even know the difference. I use to mix it with water or unsweetened almond milk but have found that I like to use Fair Life Reduce Fat milk because it makes it creamier.

INGREDIENTS
8oz Fair Life 2% reduced fat milk
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour 8oz of milk in a microwave safe mug. Place in microwave and heat for 60-90 seconds.
2. Make sure milk is not too hot as it will cook the protein powder. Add protein powder and mix well with frother.
3. Top with whip cream.
