One of the best things about M&M cookies is their versatility. You can mix and match different varations of the M&M candies, from the original milk chocolate to peanut butter, or even caramel filed M&M candies. This allows you to create a unique flavor with each M&M cookies.

INGREDIENS



1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt



DIRECTIONS


1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

6. Gently fold in the M&M's candies.

7. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space for the cookies to spread.

8. Bake for 10-14minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
