Its been a while since I made a crunch wrap for lunch and I forgot how good they're. I added Bolthouse Honey Mustard dressing to this one and it tasted like a sandwich you would get from Zupas but half the calories.
INGREDIENTS
hand full of lettuce
44g roma tomatoes, sliced
30g cucumbers, sliced
35g guacamole
DIRECTIONS
Preheat panini maker or a frying pan to medium heat.
Take your cut da carbs wrap and add the guacamole to the middle and then layer with turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and honey mustard dressing.
Starting with one corner of the wrap fold inwards to the middle the wrap repeating all around the wrap.
Spray with non stick cooking spray and place folded side down. Cook for 3 minutes. If you're cooking on a frying pan flip half way through.
