VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP



INGREDIENTS


1 pound ground beef

2 carrots, sliced

1.5-2 cups mixed frozen or fresh veggies

1 can petite tomatoes

1 cup pasta

Garlic powder

fresh garlic

Italian seasoning

Salt/ pepper

5-6 cups beef broth



DIRECTIONS


  1. In a large pot brown ground beef over medium heat. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  2. Next add diced carrots, tomatoes, mixed veggies, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Mix well.

  3. Place lid on pot and bring to a boil.

  4. Once boiling add pasta and mix. Cook until pasta is done about 10-15 minutes. Mix throughout pasta cooking so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
