Starting off 2020 with this Veggie Egg Scramble Crunch Wrap. Crunch wraps are a go to for me for breakfast or lunch. You can make so many different meals using the Cut Da Carb crunch wrap. Plus they have the best macros.
INGREDIENTS
134g egg whites
1 large egg
1 handful spinah
60g bell pepper, diced
28g reduced fat shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
1.Heat a large pan on medium-high heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and saute bell peppers and spinach. Add egg whites and egg and scramble until eggs are cooked.
2. Place Cut da carb wrap on your plate. Add cheese and scramble egg mixture to middle of wrap.
3. Starting with one corner of the wrap fold inwards to the middle the wrap repeating all around the wrap.
4. Spray heated pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place folded side of wrap down. Let cook for 1-2 minutes until brown. Fill wrap and cook other side until brown. Enjoy!
