Today I am sharing a realistic what I eat in a day. I have been on my weight loss journey for 3 months and down 10 pounds. I am 18 months postpartum after having 2 babies 16.5 months
apart. So my body has gone through a lot
over the last 3 years.
For breakfast I had blueberry protein oatmeal with coffee. This is what I put in my protein oatmeal 30g oats, 6g flaxseed meal, 1 scoop protein powder, and 40g frozen berries. For my coffee I use 60g of half and half and sugar free vanilla syrup.
For a morning snack I had a Built Bar (code MIRANDA10) with apple slices.
Lunch was a crunch wrap made with 1 cut da carb wrap, 1 slice cheese, 4oz turkey deli meat, Handful of lettuce, banana peppers, and 15g bolthouse ranch. Served with cucumber slices.
Afternoon snack was a blueberry bagel with cream cheese.
Dinner was a chicken rice bowl made with 4.6oz chicken, 100g zucchini, 50g peppers, and 120g jasmine rice.
Ending the night with a Skinny rice cake and Almond butter cup
Macros for the day Calories 1527, Fat 41, Carbs 160, Protein 125
